Price And Payment

The Price of the Goods shall be as shown on the www.contiform.ie website. The price includes VAT. The price includes delivery charges which are shown on the https://globifer.ie/ website.

For website purchases, the total purchase price, including VAT and delivery charges, will be displayed in Your shopping cart prior to confirming the order.

Rights OF Ni-Am Pharma Limited T/A GenaMed

GenaMed reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the https://globifer.ie/ website at its discretion.

GenaMed reserves the right to withdraw any Goods from sale at any time.

GenaMed reserves the right to cancel an order:

if GenaMed has insufficient stock; if any of the Goods ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received by GenaMed from Pioneer Medical suppliers;

PROVIDED THAT if GenaMed exercises its rights under this Clause it will notify You by email and will as soon as possible (and in any event within 30 days) re-credit to the debit/credit card used for the order any sum deducted. GenaMed will not have any liability to You in respect of such cancellation.

Delivery

Goods supplied will normally be delivered within 2 working days of acceptance of order via Courier or An Post.

Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, You will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

GenaMed shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and GenaMed shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by You or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to Your address specified in the order. You shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to You upon delivery of the Goods.
